Motivate Media Group has appointed Thomas Woodgate as Group Content Director to drive long-term editorial growth.
He joins the Dubai-based company from Australia, where he shaped content ecosystems for major brands across entertainment, lifestyle, sport and digital media.
Ian Fairservice, Managing Partner and Editor-in-Chief of Motivate Media Group, said: “With a strong track record of media leadership and crafting compelling narratives that engage audiences, enhance brand reputation and deliver business outcomes, Thomas is the right person to drive Motivate Media Group into its next phase of editorial excellence in the MENA region.”
Most recently, Woodgate led the creative content strategy at nbn, Australia’s national broadband network, overseeing storytelling that supported government relations, corporate affairs and brand priorities.

Motivate operates a diverse portfolio of media interests comprising magazines, digital, social, video, exhibitions and events, cinema and books. Media brands include Gulf Business, What’s On, Emirates Woman, Campaign Middle East, identity, Business Traveller Middle East and Golf Digest Middle East.
