Strategic communications firm Kekst CNC has appointed Luciana Blackwell as a Partner in its Abu Dhabi office.
She joins the company from Masdar, and was formerly a Partner and Head of Digital for the Middle East at FGS Global, as well as holding key strategic positions at ADNOC and the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism.
