A digital news platform and community space for families in the UAE launched on National Parents’ Day today.
Parenting Plus (P+) aims to offer expert advice, real-life parenting stories, family-friendly lifestyle content, and a growing network of parents to support UAE-based families through every stage of their parenting journey.
“The philosophy behind P+ is simple: kids don’t come with a manual, and just as they were born, so were we as parents,” a spokesperson said. “Regardless of how many children a family has, parents are brand new to each child, continuously learning how to meet unique personalities, needs, and dreams along the way. Recognising that every adult is a work in progress, P+ has arrived to ensure no one walks that path alone.”
The Latest section offers real-life stories and expert advice, while the site’s Lifestyle hub offers hand-picked UAE restaurant finds, staycations, birthday ideas, and family travel inspiration.
The platform plans to introduce Listings - a verified local directory of play places, schools, and health professionals - alongside Love Letters, a heartfelt corner dedicated to capturing the fleeting, small moments of raising children that deserve to be remembered.
"Parenting is incredibly rewarding, but it can also be deeply overwhelming," the spokesperson added. "We wanted to create a space that lightens the load through genuine joy, relatable humor, and shared experiences. Sometimes, the absolute best parenting advice isn't a clinical checklist, but simply the comfort of knowing that another parent is going through the exact same thing at 3:00am."
