Richard Dean has stepped down as presenter of The Business Breakfast after almost 20 years.
He began presenting Dubai Eye 103.8 FM's flagship show when it launched in 2006, before moving to London for a role with Bloomberg Radio, and then returning to the programme in September 2008.
Fellow presenter Brandy Scott paid tribute, saying: "It's going to be very, very strange doing the show without him. He's setting up his own shop and I know he'll be brilliant, and I wish him all the best. But I'm going to miss him terribly.”
Scott continues to present the show alongside Tom Urquhart from 06:00 to 10:00 on weekday mornings.
