Gulf News has expanded its operations in Abu Dhabi with a new office, more journalists on the ground, and an Abu Dhabi paper within the main newspaper every day (Mon-Fri).
The Dubai-based newspaper also plans to carry more stories and videos from the UAE capital on its social media channels and website.
Editor in Chief, Mark Thompson, said: “We firmly believe great journalism is built on trust, but it is also built on proximity: to the people, the places and the institutions. When so many people report on Abu Dhabi from the outside, we are here to tell the real story - from right here on the ground.”
