Deepthi Nair has joined travel industry news website Skift as its new Middle East Reporter.
She joins the New York-based platform from The National, where she covered personal finance for over five years.
“Skift is a global leader in the travel industry, not just in terms of news, but events, advisory and research as well," she said. “I'll be tracking the big shifts shaping the travel ecosystem in the region, which includes hotels, airlines, tourism, short-term rentals, travel policy and more.”
The site’s previous Middle East Reporter, Josh Corder, departed in August last year to join Arabian Gulf Business Insight.
