David Rivers is now Group Editor at entertainment brands What's On Dubai, What's On Abu Dhabi and What's On Saudi Arabia.
He joins the Motivate Media Group titles following a brief spell as Editor of Time Out Dubai, where Emilie Hill has been appointed Acting Editor.
